CenterStage is a service owned and operated by Animatic Media, LLC (“Animatic Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you access or use the CenterStage website or services.

CenterStage is a live-event engagement platform that allows event attendees to upload photos or content via QR code for temporary display during event arrival or pre-session periods. CenterStage does not function as a social network and is designed for limited, event-based interaction.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect uploaded photos or content, optional names, optional email addresses, device and browser information, IP addresses, and basic usage analytics. Sensitive personal information is not required to use CenterStage.
3. Use of Information
Information may be used to operate and display content on the platform, improve services, communicate with users, prevent misuse, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Marketing Communications
By using CenterStage, you consent to receive marketing communications from Animatic Media, LLC regarding CenterStage or related services, whether you are an event attendee, contributor, evaluator, or prospective customer. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
5. User-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content uploaded by attendees is user-generated. Animatic Media, LLC does not create, endorse, or verify attendee-submitted content. Whether content is displayed through automatic or manual approval processes, Animatic Media, LLC is not responsible or liable for any content that may be offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. Any concerns regarding content should be directed to the event organizer.
6. Content Handling & Moderation
Animatic Media, LLC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to any content at its sole discretion. Moderation tools are provided as a convenience and do not create any duty to monitor content.
7. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for platform operations, analytics, and legal compliance.
8. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
