CenterStage Terms & Conditions

CenterStage is owned and operated by Animatic Media, LLC. By accessing or using CenterStage, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CenterStage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Content & Permissions

By uploading photos, videos, text, or other content to CenterStage, you grant Animatic Media, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and use such content in connection with the event, platform operations, demonstrations, marketing, promotional materials, and case studies, without compensation.

3. Responsibility for Content

All content submitted to CenterStage is the sole responsibility of the user who submits it. Animatic Media, LLC does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any user-generated content. Users represent and warrant that they have the legal right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. No Liability for Offensive or Harmful Content

Animatic Media, LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from user-generated content, including but not limited to content that is offensive, defamatory, slanderous, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful. This applies regardless of whether content is displayed through automated approval, manual approval, or moderation processes.

5. Content Moderation

Animatic Media, LLC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, reject, or remove content at its sole discretion. The existence of moderation tools does not create a duty to monitor or guarantee the removal of objectionable content.

6. Marketing Consent

All users, including event attendees, contributors, and individuals evaluating CenterStage, consent to receive marketing communications from Animatic Media, LLC regarding CenterStage and related services. Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

CenterStage is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Animatic Media, LLC disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
